3D civil modelling

Every ARMP design is delivered as a Civil 3D model, from which formation design and levels can be output for site. We also build models on their own for contractors and consultancies: formation surfaces for machine guidance, earthworks volumes, and corridors that carry the pavement build-up.

Formation and machine guidance models

Formation, sub-formation and finished surfaces exported for excavator machine guidance, with the pavement build-ups and foundations built in. Earthworks volumes include the substrata, so the quantities match what comes out of the ground.

Model conversion

Existing designs converted into Civil 3D from MX, 12d or 2D drawings, so the model can be carried forward, coordinated and issued.

Custom subassemblies

Subassemblies written in Subassembly Composer for the conditions the standard library doesn't cover: dynamic pavement build-ups, retaining edges, ducting and utility trenches. They follow the targets in the model, so a design change updates the corridor instead of being redrawn.
